All vehicles over 3.5 t pay GO tolls
The GO-Box is an electronic device for paying tolls that is fitted to the vehicle – in English, an on-board unit (OBU).
It uses microwave technology to communicate with the toll gantries and thus automatically ensures the payment of the toll.
To ensure that you pay the correct amount of toll, you must always keep the data on the GO-Box up to date.
Split-GO-Boxes
If your motor vehicle has a metallised windscreen without a DSRC window, you must use a Split-GO-Box. Split-GO-Boxes are available at selected GO points of sale.

Where can you get the GO-Box?
At a GO point of sale
You can collect the GO-Box from any of our GO points of sale in Austria and overseas.
Order online in the SelfCare portal
If you have at least one active GO-Box, you can order more GO-Boxes online via the SelfCare portal. A collection code will be sent to your e-mail address. You can use this code to collect the GO-Box from any GO point of sale within three months. How it works
Receiving a GO-Box by post: for GO Direkt customers
In addition, we offer GO Direkt customers the exclusive option of having the GO-Box sent to them - subject to a fee and only within the European Union. For packaging and shipping of the GO‑Box, an additional flat‑rate shipping charge of €14.90 per GO‑Box is payable.

We will gladly lend you the GO-Box
The GO-Box is a loan device. Return the GO-Box to one of our GO points of sale when you no longer need it, or send it to us by post. Be sure to have the GO-Box disabled for dispatch. Return the GO-Box by post only from EU countries!
What else you should know about the GO-Box
Si votre véhicule est équipé d'un pare-brise métallisé sans fenêtre DSRC*, vous devez utiliser une Split-GO-Box. Vous pouvez obtenir les Split-GO-Box dans une sélection de points de vente GO.
